Bianca Olliver is a highly accomplished associate at Morgan Legal Group with a focus on commercial and residential real estate transactions and litigation matters. Bianca earned a J.D. from Pace University School of Law and is passionate about providing diligent and effective representation.

Prior to joining Morgan Legal Group, Bianca had her own practice, developing sharp transactional and litigation skills and a deep understanding of the legal system. This experience brings a unique perspective when representing clients in complex disputes.

Bianca's real estate practice encompasses both transactional and litigation matters, including purchase and sale agreements, lease negotiations, landlord-tenant disputes, partition actions, and title issues. Bianca is admitted to practice in both New York and New Jersey.
